1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodeUwu Academy's services, website, or enrolling in our courses, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

2.1 Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of course fees
  • Students must meet course prerequisites before enrollment
  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Age requirement: Students must be at least 16 years old

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless payment plan is arranged
  • Payment plans are subject to approval and additional terms
  • All fees are in Azerbaijan Manat (AZN) unless otherwise specified
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Student Cancellation

  • Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment (cooling-off period)
  • 50% refund if cancelled before course start date
  • 25% refund if cancelled within first week of course
  • No refund after first week of course commencement

3.2 Academy Cancellation

  • Full refund if we cancel a course
  • Option to transfer to alternative course of equal value
  • We are not liable for any consequential losses

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • Attend classes regularly and punctually
  • Complete assignments and projects on time
  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
  • Maintain academic integrity and honesty
  • Follow all academy policies and procedures
  • Provide necessary equipment (laptop, etc.) as specified

5. Code of Conduct

All students must adhere to the following:

  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
  • No plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • No disruptive behavior during classes
  • Respect for academy property and facilities
  • Professional communication and behavior

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Academy Content

  • All course materials, curriculum, and content are proprietary to CodeUwu Academy
  • Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
  • Course materials are for personal use only

6.2 Student Work

  • Students retain ownership of their original projects and assignments
  • Academy may showcase student work for promotional purposes with permission
  • Students grant academy non-exclusive right to use work for educational purposes

7. Certificates and Job Placement

7.1 Certificates

  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements
  • Minimum attendance and project completion required
  • Certificates are not accredited academic credentials

7.2 Job Placement

  • Job placement assistance is provided but employment is not guaranteed
  • Success depends on individual performance and market conditions
  • We maintain partnerships with companies but cannot guarantee hiring

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeUwu Academy's liability is limited to:

  • Maximum liability equal to course fees paid
  • No liability for consequential or indirect damages
  • No guarantee of specific career outcomes
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Student information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal data solely for educational and administrative purposes.

10. Technology and Equipment

  • Students must provide their own laptops meeting minimum specifications
  • Academy provides software licenses during course duration
  • Technical support is limited to course-related software
  • Internet connectivity is student's responsibility for online components

11. Attendance and Make-up Policy

  • Minimum 80% attendance required for certificate
  • Make-up sessions may be arranged for excused absences
  • Repeated absences may result in course dismissal
  • No refund for missed classes due to student absence

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate students for:

  • Violation of code of conduct
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Excessive absences
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Academic dishonesty

13. Course Content and Schedule

  • Course content may be updated to reflect industry changes
  • Schedule changes will be communicated with reasonable notice
  • Academy reserves right to substitute instructors when necessary
  • Course delivery method (in-person/online) may change due to circumstances

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes will be resolved through Azerbaijan courts.
